Set up and Edit Exam/History Forms
VETport downloads several exam forms to get you started. But if you wish to set up your own or edit the existing form click on the link below
Template and Attachments
As always VETport has started you out with some templates and attachments. You can always edit or add new ones to the list.
Go to Hamburger > EMR Management> Template and Attachments > Default Templates Here is where you will find all the default templates in VETport.
Authorization Forms, Anesthesia, Certificates, Communication/Education Forms, Cover Emails, Diagnosis, Invoice/Statement/ Estimates / EMR, Label, Operative, SMS / Text Messaging and Barcode.
Please make sure you review the cover email that goes out with your new client welcome email, invoice, statement, etc. The default SMS/Texting Messaging need to be reviewed also.
Setting up Label Printer
This is where you are going to mark the plan item that needs to be tracked for Controlled Substance, put in Rx Directions, Build Anesthesia forms,
