How to add past services reminder for a patient.

How to add past services reminder for a patient.

1. To add the past service for a patient , first check if the plan item reminder has the past service enabled.
Please click on the Remind Compliance & Marketing and click on reminder management. 

2. Please check if the past service is enabled for the plan item reminder.


3 . Please go the patient EMR ( health record) you want to add the past service reminder and click on history.




4 .  Click the option and select past services.



5 . 1 Please select the plan item that you need to add past services reminder 
2. Select the date the vaccine was performed
3. Add the serial number for the vaccine
4. input the vaccine expiry date 
5 . Once done please click save and the reminder will be added .
