How to generate a report on Patients Serviced (Last 12 Months) ?

Start at the Hamburger

Step 1 :  Click on Analytics & Reports >> Click on Miscellaneous Reports 

Step 2 : Click on Patients serviced (Last 12 Months) > Select the clinic and click on apply filter > You can also download as CSV and view the graph too.
