How to use Tag Tool ?

How to use Tag Tool ?

Go to "Preferences" >> "Templates & Attachments">> "Default Templates">> to make changes in template by using tags

Step 1: Go to "Preferences"

Step 2: Go to "Templates and Attachments"

Step 3: Select "Default Templates"

Select the Templates that you would like to change:

Step 4: (Using just for references) "Cover Emails"

Step 5: Under "Cover Emails" >> Using "Boarding Certificate email"  

Step 6: Use the "View key words" (This would help you get the details automatically)

Step 7: Building the Email Template using the Key words.

  1. $$patient$$ (will be replaced by Patient name)
  2. $$firstname$$ (will be replaced by Client First name)
  3. $$lastname$$ (will be replaced by Client Last name)


Step 8: Click on "Preview" to view the email contact if its okay and then save.
