Controlled Substance Drug Log

Step 1 : Click on EMR Management >> Formulary 

Step 2 :  Scroll down and go to Prescirption & details and click on it as shown below.

Step 3 : Click on EDIT option and choose a specific Plan item and select it as " Controlled " , " Narcotic " or " reportable " as shown below and then click on the GREEN  tick mark to save the changes.

Step 4: Once the plan items are marked  Controlled " , " Narcotic " or " reportable, Open the hamburger menu, Click on Order& Receive stock >> Stock Reports 

Step 5 : Click on Controlled Substance drug log 

Step 6 : Select the date range and select the Controlled "  " Narcotic " or "Reportable and click on APPLY FILTER for the substance drug log report.
