How to add an operative form to the plan item?

Step 1 : Click on Plan Items & Pricing >> Primary Setup >> Plan Item Category. 



Step 2 : Search for the Category under Plan Type. Then click on edit under actions as shown below.



Step 3 : Under trigger action enable operative for an operative form and then save it.
