Add orders to samples that have been submitted within the last 7 days. Speak to your Zoetis representative about the benefits of using  add-on orders.

Step 1

The original order is created and put in the cart.

Step 2

Click on the Zoetis Lab Test Request - TRF to open the test selection dialog. If there are multiple Zoetis Reference Lab tests in the cart the user can select one or more(where appropriate). Select the tests you want printed on the TRF and click Confirm.

Step 3

Print the TRF, bag it with the sample, and ship it to the lab. Invoice the item following your clinic's normal processes.

Step 4

All orders / samples submitted within the last 7 days can have tests added to them. For example the following morning you may see and elevated glucose in a cat, and it order to sort out if it is stress, or not, you want to order a Fructosamine. A sample is present at Zoetis from yesterday that can be used for this test.

Cart the Fructosamine and click on Zoetis Lab Test Request - TRF

Step 5

One or more of the current tests in the cart can be selected to run against ONE of the samples available at ZRL from the last 7 days. Click Confirm.

Step 6

The TRF opens. The Fructosamine is added to the previous TRF to be run against the sample that was sent in yesterday. There is no need to print the TRF, and of course no need to bag and submit the sample since it is already at the lab!
